#13804)

## DESCRIBE YOUR PR

This PR adds a "Limitations of Tracing" section to the JS loader page
(analogously to the Limitations of Errors-Only Capturing). The problem
with tracing and using the loader is the async nature of the loader and
a couple of pitfalls related to this with the order of initializing the
SDK and auto instrumentation picking up signals (e.g. fetch calls).

I also added the `Sentry.init` call to the "Guarding SDK Function Calls"
section, to make it clear that Sentry.init should happen in
`window.sentryOnLoad` and not in `Sentry.onLoad` (naming wasn't on our
side in this case 😅)

#### Why can't the loader call `Sentry.onLoad` always after
`Sentry.init`?

This is because historically, users used `Sentry.onLoad` but there were
timing issues because the function had to be registered after the loader
script was evaluated (see
getsentry/sentry#58574). So therefore, in order
for the loader's default `Sentry.init` **not** to be called, that
user-`Sentry.init` call needs to happen before --> `Sentry.onLoad` must
be called beforehand. Changing this could break peoples' Sentry (loader)
setup.

#### Why not provide a `Sentry.afterInit` hook?

This would further imply that users should delay important components of
their page, thus decreasing perceived performance. This is the very
thing why users should use the loader -> less performance overhead of
the SDK

Also, it would potentially couple user functionality to the Sentry SDK
to initialize. In many cases (ad blockers, script blockers), the SDK
can't init correctly, so that user behaviour would never be invoked.

We should do a rename on all of the docs for `CaptureUserFeedback` since
the API is deprecated.

@jamescrosswell does this overload exist? I quickly looked the API and
it takes `UserFeedback` as an argument.
Calling `CaptureFeedback(new Feedback` is pretty cumbersome

## DESCRIBE YOUR PR

As pointed out in
getsentry/sentry-wizard#1001 (comment),
the wizard tells users to temporarily remove the `--turbo` flag to
verify the SDK setup. However, we don't show the same information in the
docs which is potentially confusing. This PR points out that `next dev
--turbo` is only fully supported from Next 15.3.0 onwards. This is
because `instrumentation-client.ts` is only picked up by turbo from this
version onwards and we can't inject it like in webpack for older Next
versions.

Updating the plan requirement wording as current wording just causes
confusion.
This should help us to get some data on which expandables are actually
read how often etc.
This PR adds a new API endpoint that serves Sentry's IP ranges in JSON
format.

- Added new API endpoint at `api/ip-ranges`
- Implemented structured JSON response with IP ranges organized by
category:
  - Dashboard and API IPs
  - Event Ingestion IPs
  - Outbound Requests IPs
  - Email Delivery IPs
  - Uptime Monitoring IPs
- Added security headers and caching (12 hours)

A while ago, we shifted our wizards to be less opinionated about the
default SDK setup but to instead ask users about enabling high-level
Sentry features. After going through our wizard specification, I
realized I forgot to update it to reflect this change. This PR does just
that (as well as adjusting wording slightly).

cc @codyde since I just shared this page with you 😅

… options configuration.

This relates to getsentry/sentry-native#1255
where the `crashpad_wait_for_upload` option supports Windows (primarily
used in Windows Docker containers). We have not yet explicitly mentioned
that the current support only works for Linux, given that both
technologies mentioned (Docker + systemd) mainly serve that operating
system. However, increasingly, Sentry users show interest in support for
Windows containers, so we must now reflect this in the user-facing
option configuration.

This should only be merged when
getsentry/sentry-native#1255 is released.

this here PR. So here's the deal: I retain all rights, title and
interest in and to my contributions, and by keeping this boilerplate
intact I confirm that Sentry can use, modify, copy, and redistribute my
contributions, under Sentry's choice of terms.
